MSA is happy to be launching a new student-faculty lunch series, which provides us and faculty the opportunity to connect outside of the usual rhythm of research and classes! Our first faculty guest will be Angela Pitenis, an assistant professor in macromolecular and biomolecular materials.

If you have ever wondered what it would be like to pursue a PhD, then please join us for an informal panel discussion with UCSB Materials Department graduate students.

Join us on Thursday, July 15th from 4 - 6 pm on the MRL roof for a pizza-fueled work session. This is the last Prelim work session for the year.

As the new first years are coming in without a proper tour of Santa Barbara, we'd like to extend our welcome during Re-Visit Weekend, where we get to do all the activities that didn't quite work out by Zoom!
